Corn & Tomatoes

Does anyone know a good place to get farm fresh Sweet Corn and Tomatoes? I would like to find a farmer's stand somewhere that I could get veggies during the week? The place that we went to before moved to Florida. : ( They had the best tomatoes. Cheryl ://the2911promise.blogspot.com/ I am sure you would have the best places, but I would like to only have to drive like 30 minutes! : )

I read in one of the county newspapers that the Cagles, whose pumpkin farm you have patronized, have a farmers' market at their place on the weekends. They grow a lot of the vegetables themselves but offer stalls to other farmers.

I believe you asked for during-the-week enterprises, but this caught my eye and it could be of some help.

We have been to Cagels before, and it was only on Saturdays. It also was not very good. They try to make in like a farmers market, but there were very few people selling.

So, yes we have "patronized" them. : )

Re the patronization: I was thinking Grace went there for one of her earlier visits to a pumpkin farm. It may have been McGees then.
